My favorite thing about this is how we can be great defensively playing very different schemes one night apart. Last night we switched everything with the pick and pop threat of Dixon. Tonight we hedged and recovered with Oduro.

Oduro is straight up dirty. Should have fouled out in the first half.

the Providence coach is fine...definitely do not hate camera cuts to him.

I mean it was his third game in as many nights and his game is 95% hustle. He was very good tonight.

NBA scouts think he's a fringe lottery pick. I like watching him in general, but hate him when we are playing him.

I wouldn't define his game as "95% hustle".  Be better.

Apparently some people aren't watching him screening and off the ball.

Chase did some really nice things in the last two minutes.

Loved his layup in traffic late.  His defense was stellar as always.  Just keep developing Chase!!

lol. Muggs the next time I take your basketball takes seriously will be the first.

He was initiating the offense, hitting shots, getting offensive rebounds, etc. A ton of effort last night as well.

The highlight of the night was Ben Gold's free throw shot that totally missed the rim and hit the right side of the basket.  I have never seen that, have seen players coming up short, but not like that.  Had to rewind it to see if Gold sneezed
I have seen Ross at least twice this year airball the first attempt and then calmly swish the 2nd.
If you think for one second that I am comparing the USA to China you have bumped your hard.

Kam was great....But....after the dust-up with Carter, Kam spent the next 5 out-of-sorts and Carter was on a mission. Kam eventually got it together and Carter ultimately did a couple of things to hurt his s team in his aggression....but in general, Carter won that mano-a-mano.

That should have been an and 1. Guy hammered him with body. Great, clutch play though.  Still love Chase's potential.

He's a great player.  His game isn't 95% hustle.  This is just a fact Fluffy, he's a scorer.

Just to check, are you referring to Devin Carter? I don't follow NBA draft boards, but I'd be quite surprised if he is anticipated to be a fringe lottery pick. He might turn into a Jalen Brunson-type player, but I don't see it yet.

Oy. He works hard to score Muggs. He worked hard most of the night on both ends.

I'm done. No need to argue with someone who doesn't understand.

How Kam sinks some of those drives I have no idea. The last one was stellar.

I agree. In an in-game text chat, some of us were commenting on the four/fivesome between Oso and Sam/Stevie v. Oduro and Carter. It got too intense for a few minutes, and felt like it was not going MU's way.

He averages about 20 ppg.  He takes 7+ threes.  He works hard to score isn't an answer.  Yes, he's scrappy.  Excellent rebounder.  But your"95%" characterization is simply untrue. Everyone makes mistakes.  No worries.

Thanks for making my point for me. Was it intentional? Or did you mistakenly finally have a decent basketball thought?

I'm betting mistake.

I never defended Theo.  He did punkish things constantly and many of us called him out.

actually Theo chilled after the first few games, but his reputation as a "bully" was already ingrained in the refs heads.  the dude was a brick chithouse!!  after a few talks, he became a gentle giant, but regardless, his aggressive play was assumed to be thuggish from his first few flexes

Who's a 6'4 scorer that doesn't work hard to score?  I was just curious.
