Intrigued if the staff has talked to Niko Bundalo on WRA. Seems like a Ben Gold sort of player that would slot in nicely.

don't all HS players being recruited by high D1 look good? How many are impactful out of the gate in year one at this next level? Our last stud freshman was who, Ellenson? Maybe Markus? Using UConn as the benchmark, imo we need one of these two, and Hamilton, to ball.

UConn has precisely one freshman contributing this season, Stephon Castle, a 5-star kid who is rated pretty high on NBA mock drafts. He's been good but hardly Carmelo Anthony (or even Henry Ellenson) good.

It would be nice if Shaka could bring in a kid who could contribute that much, but it's not easy. Hopefully Parham and Owens will be that. If not, we have two freshmen this year who have shown promise and who will be relied upon more as sophomores next year.
