Chase was a big difference, need somebody off the bench to score.  Plus he plays D.  Ben today showed how weak he is and his shot was flat as a pancake again.  He was under the hoop earlier in the game and did not even try and muscle it up.  Could not guard Dixon at all.  Credit has to go to Tyler, played like an All American today.

Huge contribution today.

Or not.

A scooper that called a loss in this game unacceptable or inexcusable would be wrong.

Ben didn't have a great game but this is a pile of sh*t.

Weak rebuttal.

I like BC a lot, but he is not high on the team or individual players. That is good by me because there is not a much better MU fan than BC.

Really, just like Ben to play better, like Jop to stop dribbling, am I asking too much. Jop to make some free throws in the clutch, but watching Tyler and Oso play together is amazing.

BC knows his stuff, loves MU basketball and he has a right to his opinion. I might not agree, but he is not a troll or stirring the pot.

Weak rebuttal.

Weak?  It's correct.  A game on the road in January 30th where you have 6 regular rotation players, 1 of which is coming back from injury for the first time since the beginning of the month playing against a hungry opponent wouldn't be an inexcusable or unacceptable loss.

Goose, I believe you.   He is pessimistic about this particular team.

Wrong.  Everyone other than you and Scoop-Snoop understand my points.

Ben was rightfully taken out when he was.

But you are selling him short. He helped big time during the first half run. And he had possibly the game saving rebound and kick out when Nova was going nuclear and we couldnt hit water if we fell out of a boat.

Fair enough. But his opinion is not tethered to reality right now, which contradicts his ball-knowing.

What a great game.  Started out like we were going to blow them out of the gym but turned into a tight one.  Our experience pays huge dividends in this type of game, on the road as well.

Tyler was huge.  Great to have Chase back and he made an immediate impact which we absolutely needed with Kam's injury.

Shaka is now 6-0 against Nova as our coach.  That's huge!

Hope Tre is ok,and maybe they rest Kam one more game?

Tre played late. Came in when Stevie was cramping.

You have not indicated being a big fan of this roster or overly optimistic for next year. I guess the fact that MU has been ranked in the top ten for much of the last twelve months has some fans more excited than you. That said, I was a major wet blanket back in Wojo's "big" year.
