Free NLW.   Let him take his lumps like a man.

1 seed talk was just total nonsense.

Michigan is a TERRIBLE basketball team.  They have been awful for most of the year.  That should be  -2 seed line loss at minimum.   :)

That clear path to a B1G title, undefeated through early February, and 1 seed in the NCAA Tourney sure got blurry quick.

I think indifferent would describe it.

The incompetent AD won’t fire Howard, and even if he does he would screw up hiring a replacement.

Michigan is woefully behind on NIL. With Harbaugh leaving for the Chargers (taking several assistants with him) and dozens of their key players from the championship team moving on, the football program will be the next casualty.  They won’t match the six figure salaries the Alabamas and Ohio States are throwing around.

Their AD seems to be doing fine at the only sport that matters there.

That was Harbaugh’s doing.

The AD was largely responsible for Beilein’s departure and his lack of support for Harbaugh with some of the frivolous NCAA issues made his decision to return to the NFL a lot easier.

Note the difference in how places like Kansas and Tennessee respond to NCAA allegations that are a lot more serious than being in contact with some recruits during the COVID dead period.

Congrats Blue.

I do not deserve congratulations for things I have nothing to do with.

But the football championship was a lot of fun.

Who kept Harbaugh around when the football program wasn’t producing the results the fanbase wanted?

My BIL’s best family friend is Ward. He hasn’t provided details, but he said before the Stallions thing ever took off that Harbaugh was getting out before the NCAA came calling. He said for many months that this was the year to do it, because Harbaugh was out after this year.

Warde had the opportunity to help keep some of the people that helped turn the program around, the strength coach for example, but let him walk.  Same with DL coach.

He screwed up the hockey program with the fiasco last year with the coach and investigation.

And Blue is correct, they’re WAY behind compared to other similar programs with regard to NIL.
Ramsey head thoroughly up his ass.

I don’t give Manuel credit for NOT firing Harbaugh when he didn’t immediately surpass Ohio State after the disastrous Rodriguez/Hoke era. He didn’t exactly create good feelings when he slashed Harbaugh’s pay after the COVID year.
