Of course.  But that a loss a couple days ahead of the matchup, which would basically wrap up the BE regular season title for UCONN already (assuming they don't lose to Georgetown or DePaul ahead of our game), would take quite a bit of the energy out of that game, regardless of ranking.

Using win probability they are a negative 5.35 games in the second half.

In their 11 Big 10 games they are + 27 in the first half and minus 113 in the second.
