Tony was always going to get the Wazzu job, it was part of Dick taking the job. Also, Dick was going to retire after the Final Four game (her told his staff he was done in the locker room) but was talked out of it by Richter after getting back to Madison.

Soderberg is on the coaching staff at UVA right now though...
