Maybe. Two of the right leaning justices on the court (Kavanaugh and Gorsuch) are also pretty protective of sovereign tribal rights.  And this case seems pretty straight-forward.

Tangential... I'm skiing all week in summit county CO.  I've skied this same week since 2008ish.  I have never seen the snow conditions this bad.  Usually most things are still open and we get some good storms roll though for some powder days.  Currently, the resorts are struggling to stay open with minimal runs, and those are melting/closing fast!  On Sun I had to take off my skis and hike down past the dirt on one run, that entire peak was closed on Mon.
