Kolek

Oso was great. And best game from Joplin in my opinion. Didn't score as much as some games. But made plays for others and made plays on the defensive end.

Incredible performance by Tyler.

Fearless and cheerful because it is so much fun.

Kam for not taking a three in second half.  He'll rebound from this game against SJU.

Double double,
Boil and bubble...
F 'em takes the SOTG lead.
More work to do.
No finish line.

I don'ty often read the SOTG threads.  I'm lazy and I just wait for the end result.  But for tonight, the BEast clincher, let's think outside the box.  SHAKA!

The team. But if push comes to shove, jop

It's Kolek but I think OMax was closer than you might think. This game was won with defense first and OMax was the head of that. Props to Joplin too for continuing his defensive improvement.

I do know, Newsie is right on you knowing ball.

Yet again, it's Kolek ... and he takes an 8-7 lead over Oso.

I agree that it was Kolek, but I'm glad that OMax played well enough that my prediction that he'd be in the mix for SOTG didn't look completely ridiculous. This team is better when OMax is in control, confident and aggressive and he has been a little better in those respects the last couple games. It was good to see him with 14 and 5. That's the most points he's had since the UConn win.
Never wrestle with a pig.  You both get dirty, and the pig likes it.

Actually, Joplin was a huge part of the defense as well....his best game on that end.
