It's not Scoop nor your account on Scoop.

That's a browser issue.  Try a different one (Chrome/Edge/Firefox) and I bet it'll look fine.  If so, then your browser, or a plug-in is messing with the normal rendering.

Certainly looks weird - but as toppper said - n your end.  Perhaps a cache issue - try "ctrl-shift-delete" and clear cache.
