Tis a shame, 'tis a rotton shame, for if ye can enjoy the walkin’ ye can probably enjoy the other times in yer life when ve're in between. And that's most o' the time; wouldn't ye say?

I appreciate Patrick loudly and proudly confirming that he is indeed who he has been telling us he is.

Just another golfer lying about his handicap.

People who lie about their handicap these days are crazy. If you don’t have the GHIN app or some other handicap tracking app what the hell are you doing? And it’s always people trying to reverse sandbag themselves. Oh yeah I’m an 8, goes out and shoots 95

Can’t sandbag if you stink anyway

McIlroy is great for golf (as is a little rancor between players occasionally), and I'll be rooting for him in every major this season.

The only thing in those articles that surprised me was McIlroy saying he was surprised him ignoring Reed was a story. By now, Rory surely knows how all this works.

Totallly agree. Just came here to say that non-LIV golf is very fortunate to have Rory right now.  There would be a huge influence vaccuum without him.

I doubt that Faldo and Norman will be sitting down over a bottle of wine any time soon.   Maybe at the Masters Champions dinner.   Oh, wait...

Of all my favorite golf Sundays through the year, Faldo eviscerating Norman on that fateful April Sunday in 1996 remains my favorite

One of my favorite memories of that Sunday was Faldo on 13. He took a long time to set up and then drilled a beautiful approach shot on the green.

What many forget , in all the hype about Norman collapse , is that Faldo put up a very strong final round 67 , which was the best round of the day . Faldo not backing down contributed in part to Norman blowing up .

Let’s hope this helps his trade value. Finally performed when it mattered.

Spent the year sandbagging.

I stand corrected.  He’s registered with the WSGA as a 3.0.  Playing as a 10-handicap is outrageous

Maybe the tournament adjusts all the amateur handicaps for the difficulty of a pro course set up

Thaw is coming this week.   Need to get out in the next couple of weeks to run my streak to 12 straight months in Michigan.

Add Keith Mitchell to the group of haters that #12 will surely address next time he's on McAfee.

heading out to wigwam-gold course today, waste management pro-am wednesday, verrado founders and sterling grove booked so far.  tough out here as super bowl revelers are crowding up the courses.  also they really jacked up the prices...holy mulligans!!  courses that would normally go for $60-70 are trying to get $150-175.  crazy!! then next week they drop back down to reality

my home is about 10 miles from state farm dome, curious what i could have gotten to rent it out for the week but not enough money letting a bunch of drunk golfing football fans pee and puke in my pool for a week

Yeah, sorry about last time. I told them peeing was OK (everybody does it), but no puking!

Let Herman's giddy Tiger predictions commence.  Eldrick is teeing it up next week at Riviera.

Insert post of Tiger Tour Buddy saying he’s striking the ball well.
