UGA is probably the best team in the country and Clemson did little or improve themselves from a very disappointed 2023 including bringing back an underwhelming disappointment at QB.  Stating UGA is way better or would win handily is not some savvy ball knower stance.

Declaring a game "over" in the first 10 min of the season opener for both teams when UGA hadn't even begun to assert themselves and had been initially stymied by Clemson's D is just a classic premature emotional overreaction which is a vintage Muggsy-ism

I saw what I saw JWags.  That doesn't mean I'm always right, but the talent gap was noticeable to me.  And that Georgia O-Line is mposing.  I assumed they would wear them down/introduce them to darkness.  :)

One of the less talked about sub stories is Michigan's mess at QB.  Defending national champs and they are starting a former walk on who has thrown 5 passes in 4 years and his back up, who people thought would be the starter didn't throw a single pass last year and was barely a top 300 recruit.  Just wild they didn't bring anyone in

Is Alabama better without Saban?

It would be wonderful if Michigan collapsed in the post Harbaugh era

Be better at it.

It was obvious to everyone but one self-proclaimed knower of ball.

Good one!
That's the kind of wit only true knowers of ball can offer.

Not entirely new. But new OC. And they were playing Illinois State.
You are correct. I should have said new starting quarterback

Again, not entirely new. He started half the season last year before getting injured.
