I've never been a big believer in icing the kicker, and this was a big example as to why. Bielema saw that there was little chance that was going to work and decided to go for it. Schiano really out-thought himself there.

Mack Brown, Herm's favorite coach, wants to come back in 2025. Despite the fact that he hasn't been more than an average coach for about 15 years now, and is 73 years old.

Am I crazy or didn't Brown threaten to resign mid-season? Now he wants to come back?

I don't care what UNC does but Mack is acting a little kooky.

Mack either wants his buy-out and/or thinks that Bubba Cunningham doesn't have the guts to fire him.

I am good with it, go listen to the Indiana coach talk prior to the game.

Fair enough. Maybe potential seeding is a consideration and Day's warm seat too.

Mack Brown is the Ed Cooley of college football. Except Brown actually has won a few nationally significant games.

I gotta admit, Mack basically daring UNC to fire him, implying it was going to get ugly, and then UNC just simply firing him on the Tuesday before the last game of the year, is pretty funny.

Big day today for Marquette.

A Wisconsin win makes the Badgers bowel eligible and will help Marquette's cause.

A loss will hurt Marquette's cause

I'm pretty sure the Badgers would be fine with that. That way their players wouldn't have to miss any extra class.

The buy games the badgers won were actually much closer than the score indicated also. What a dreadful year for them. Hate to see it.

I will probably regret this post in a couple hours, but Georgia Tech is just hammering Georgia. Up 17-0 at half but could easilly have been more.
