It likely would have been over anyway when Walker Kessler transferred. Roy got on the phone immediately and called Aidoo. How depressing would that have been if Aidoo decommitted and Wojo was still here and he went desperately trying to sign some low major transfer replacement?

if we're truly gonna pick up the pressure like shaka wants, i think dawson and justin will cover most of the center minutes anyways.  we need more athletic wings, not bigs.

Lewis is a 6'7 PF at best, Dawson is a stretch 4 as well.  We don't have a center, and we haven't in years.

You didn't consider John a center? Certainly not an offensive one but I think 6'9" at his build was a center.

Absolutely, along with just about everyone else.  Most suspect he'll end up at Gonzaga or Georgia, though, so I doubt Shaka puts much (if any) time into courting him.

If no BE transfer rule, go after Wahab, that would work.

Don't worry about it, it won't solve anything.

We didn't lose him, he was never here to be lost in the first place.  Wish him well, trust our new coach to get someone else, likely someone who will be a better fit for his scheme.

Shaka has had success finding great big men. I don't doubt he will be able to replace him.
