I understand what you are saying.  He was there during the AL years and knows what it take to be great.  The thing is we all know what it takes to be great l(a Hall of Fame coach and 5 star recruits).  What he doesn't get is that it will take time or we get lightning in a bottle.  The constant negativity is annoying. His schtick is just stupid.
