Sucks bad for Shelton, he was playing so well.

Mannarino's quote after the match was actually pretty amazing.  Basically "he was beating me till he got hurt, he would have won.  I'm very lucky"  And then said it was a fun match and Shelton "kicked my ass at the start of the summer".

Super bummer cause he's been on such a heater.  And now you compound it with Tiafoe sleepwalking through his match.  But he looks like he may have finally woken up a bit.

Rough year for Tiafoe, definitely not up to his standards. I know he made his deepest French open run but besides that it was tough

Gotta respect mannarino. Still trotting out here in late 30s with no delusion about his good fortune
