He’s the worst.  He’s Willie Warrior with a vocabulary
“This is bar none atrocious.  Mitchell cannot shoot either.  What a pile of dung”

Luke gives the Golden Eagle TBT team the Big Man dimension it has not had in years past.  The other teams will have to respect his inside scoring ability which should really open things up for our bevy of long range bombers to get clean looks.
Mo Charlo is 1000x the inside presence Luke is

I thoroughly enjoyed Mo Charlo last year and delighted he is on the squad again.

I seem to remember that you have not been a big of fan of Luke. Try giving it an open mind this year.  He has been a very efficient offensive player for a long period of time and he has immense size the team needs (6-11 260)
Winning is overrated. The only time it is really important is in surgery and war.

Getting more glad by the day that we're on the opposite side of the bracket from Overseas Elite. They've added Joe Johnson, Jarrett Jack, & Jordan Crawford. That's a lot of NBA experience.

Joe Johnson is still an absolute killer from the mid range and wings. He’s gonna be a problem even at his age. Jordan Crawford is 2 seasons removed from being a double digit scorer in the NBA and is a digit guy in the BBL. Big additions

LMAO. Gotta love when your hatred and biases come out into making you sound like a compete fool.

Mo Charlo is a nice addition, sure, but he peaked as a G League guy averaging 12-6 in a league that plays no defense about 7 years ago. He was averaging single digits in Japan his last pro seasons.  He’s in his mid/late 30s now.

Luke spent a few seasons on a upper tier team at the best league in Europe, and playing in the Euroleague/EuroCup. Now he’s moved to a starting role at a pretty good team in the Bundesliga and averaging 13 and 6 against very good competition in a league where all the top 6-8 teams have a few guys with NBA experience or potential. And he’s a decade younger.  Keep grinding that axe

We shall see hopefully there has been an incredible transformation.  Unfortunately, we dont have Matt Heldt to bring in and change the trajectory of the season.  Win or go home.

I don't know specifics of the contract. However its a 3 year deal and he was averaging 20 minutes per game.

Wild to think that he somehow found his way into the NBA better then vander.

The remaining two years are not guaranteed. Hoping he makes the team again.

It helped with all the injuries the Warriors were tanking. I’m not sure he’s guaranteed to be back. I hope he does. He’s certainly put in a lot of work and improved. Plus, being able to play in his home state.

Wasn't Chapman and the TBT twitter page both hinting at the roster not being complete yet?

Wade?  Vander?  Ellenson?  No one?

Would be pretty lame with all the talk if they don't add a big name.
I would take the Rick SLU program right now.

Chapman and Diener both said that Wade is out due to the virus (they thought there was a solid chance he would have played sans-rona). So maybe Vander or Henry.

I think that might have been before they added Charlo

Have quarters always been just 9 minutes long? 32 minute games plus 7 points by 2s and 3s. And now the newest rule in the Elam ending are non-shooting fouls are 1 free throw and the ball back? The guy who came up with the Elam ending says it’s to find out who the best team in live ball situations is. Why? Part of basketball is and always has been getting to the free throw line. Disliked the Elam ending as it was. Hate this new part.

I don't think this needed to be added to the Elam game, but I always thought the best way to get rid of the b.s. fouling at the end of games was to give the ball back to the fouled team after the free throws.
Have some patience, FFS.

I always thought letter of the law states it's an intentional foul which means 2 FTs and the ball

But they don't call it unless it's really egregious.
