Last 6 games have been unwatchable, we never improved again this year

Why not shoot a 3 there?
It was a game you have no business winning.
Playing for overtime? Dumb.

+1000...live or die with Markus shooting a 3 there.

Yeah that was a brain dead play. When has he ever made that shot.

He's made that shot a number of times. But has little experience playing in clutch situations.

Being moved to PG for a bit was major catalyst. Would like to see more of Sacar at PG.

You got 2 more games.  Enjoy it while you can.

Mr. Sand-Knit

Lose by 3 total points, how many do u win by if koby never plays in the second half?

I kinda want to say way to battle back but this 6 game stretch has been absolutely atrocious. Losing to garbage teams. Getting down 20 in games. Are we just this bad?? Is it slump? I mean wtf is going on out tbere. Its like they just cant beat anyone. Brutal watching these guys collapse and fall near the bottom of the big east.

Silent Verbal

When people asked if we'd get left out of the tournament if we lost the rest of our games, I didn't really take it seriously because I figured there was no way we'd lose to both DePaul and STJ.  What the hell is happening to this program?  Did we really just did that?

Maybe. I wouldnt be surprised if a lot of the auto-bid tournament winners take the spot

Give the kids credit, they fought back in 2nd half. Too big of a hole to dig out of. Almost pulled it off.

Always heard the talking head analysts say that when a defender swipes down on the ball, it is a foul. Markus did not get that call at the end. BS call by the ref.
Oh well, there is always next year.

Maybe Wojo learned something this game. Like who his players are

This could be silver lining. Then again we saw MU rally back from a massive deficit at Creighton 2 years ago after Markus got hurt and team went zone only to never do it again. The two-small ball with Rowsey and Howard wasn't effective.

Anyway, they got reg season experience at MSG and should be a bit more comfortable against GTown on Wed

He didn't get the call because there was no foul.  All ball. Simple.

Yeah, don't get your hopes up on any changes. Wojo is going to write on the whiteboard Koby, Markus, Bailey, Anim, and John as the starters for next game. Tell them to try to work the ball into Theo to get things going inside.

Should be a good game against depaul

muguru

That last play...should have been some foresight by Wojo...that's a situation to me where you want Jayce in. #1 to make sure you get the rebound on a miss FT, but more importantly so he can screen off the help side defender on that drive.

Porky's Butthole

What are the chances at least one of next year's recruits decides to de-commit due to our epic collapse and no bid to the NCAA Despite WOJO still being the coach next year?

Unless this team makes the finals of the Big East Tournament, pork does not believe they deserve a bid.

Kids dont care there will be lots of minutes  for the incoming freshman

MU lost this game in the first half with 14 turnovers.  They only had six more in the second for a total of 20.

SJU let MU back in the game by missing free throws, they were 21 for 36.

Theo and Bailey had zero points.

Koby had 4 points and 5 turnovers.

Sacar had terrible first half, but something clicked in second and was fantastic.

Terrible loss with SJU without Heron and Roberts, as was Depaul without Reed.

Fred Garvin

Sire am glad we weren't up by 18,and got outscored by 20 in second half  lol

Why does Howard refuse to just shoot the ball in those situations. He never gets a shot off.
NPOY?
