I hear great things about that course.    Seriously jealous.

The Sand Valley/Lawsonia is one of the best golf weekends in the nation.

that stinks. we were just discussing our annual late august trip to fox hills. 12 guys on the trip but 4 of them are 60+ (friends dad and his buddies). been doing the trip for 16 years and not sure how it will shake it. might just be the 6 younger guys (who are all over 40 now.
But I like to throw handfuls...

We have had a rotating group of 80-100 that have gone to various Northern Michigan resorts for the last 35 years.    Always the T-W-TH after Memorial day.   Supposed to be Garland this year.   The resort didn't know that they could have enough carts or how they could feed us all with the social distancing.  Ah, well.   Again, first world problem.

I love raised cups.  See the break better, hit it firmer.   Even par with 23 putts today.

Lack of interesting conversation.   Tragic facial hair on Wolff.

Rick was silent, wasn’t expecting that. He also destroyed Rory and DJ.

Wolff is a decade younger than Rory, he was trying but his confidence wasn’t there to spit with these guys.

DJ did not want to be there.

Robot Rory came out, that was a bummer.

It was a watch. NBC fumbled big time. Jimmy Dunne should’ve kicked them off at 6pm.

Feel like they didn't lean into the unusualness of the event, tried to treat it like a semi-formal event. I would have had a younger telecast and played up the trash talk stuff

We have our annual golf outing August 3-6 where we're 18 at Mammonth Dunes, 18 at Lawsonia, and 36 at Wild Rock. 19 of us going and staying in 2 condos in the Dells area. Everyone is still in, but the oldest in the group is 46 so I'm sure some of that factors in, plus half of us have wives in healthcare treating Covid patients at times so we may have all gone fatalistic.

Favorite weekend of the year, almost nothing could keep me away.

We're supposed to be 12 at Geneva National at the end of August, all Lighthouse guys except 1 or 2.  We're all 57-58 though so who knows yet if anyone's going to skip out.  I feel the same as Eng.....not much could keep me away.

Got done with a range session and I'm a little steep coming down. Not a drastic over the top, but enough to make a difference. Any of the better golfers here fought that, and any drills/tips you've used to fix it?

I know there's a bunch of stuff out there, but I'm interested to hear what has worked for others.

Are you laid off going back? After a straight back takeaway, pull the club up like opening an umbrella. Very vertical.

As I look at it, I'm a little shallow going back.

Next bucket will be some Matthew Wolff swings to see if I can get it right.

Tiger starting to chat.   Please keep chatting.   Brady isn't good.   Tiger's charity is going to clean up.

Really liked Ernie Johnson’s message. So far that and Barkley’s sense of humor are the highlights.

Manning playing like he has had a few years to do nothing but golf.   Brady playing like he just changed jobs and moved and just found his clubs.
