And it is. They all are. But cumulatively those add up to the overall evaluation. My thought here is to keep a running tally of projo and nojo data points, including game and recruiting results and seasons achievements. As determining what counts as a projo or nojo datapoint this list is totally subjective I'm ecumencially inclusive of suggestions to edit.

How is that on Wojo? He did not kick them off the team. They quit!

They quit because Wojo runs a program that doesn't compete well.  Wojo ran them off through his own incompetence.

Yet, they were going to stay if Markus didn't come back. Hmmmm...

Doesn’t compete well, but were in the Top 10 in the country until Markus got hurt and the Hausers quit on the team. Makes sense.

IMO, only Joey quit on the team.  I believe Sam had good ORtgs in 6 of the last 7 games.
If you think for one second that I am comparing the USA to China you have bumped your hard.

In fairness, Sam was hurt and Joey hit the freshman wall. It doesn't make your point any less valid, it's just more accurate.

Yep.  I don't blame them.  They are both skilled offensively, and wanted more opportunities to showcase their skills.

Ultimately the Hausers did not believe Wojo could or would reign Markus in.  Markus took the 7th most shots of any college player last year.  He's 2nd in the country in % of shots this year.

Tough spot for really all of Wojo, Markus, Sam and Joey to be in.  They all had valid reasons for their rationale/feelings on the matter.  I do think it is lame AF for those who crap on the Hausers for their decision and suggest they "quit" on the team last year.  I love Markus, but I don't think many offensively skilled players would enjoy playing with him.

In other words..... It's Markus' team.  A good coach would be able to fix that situation.  I mean, it's not like John Calpari's Kentucky teams where you have 5+ guys vying for the NBA and all wanting the ball. Ohhh Wait.... Calipari makes it work too......

But Wojo.....

If either Sam or Joey had the quickness and ball handling skills of some forwards things might have been different. They could have created their own shots more often.

I don't believe the Hausers quit on the team. I believe Sam was hurt and Joey hit the freshman wall.  Sam was more active creating his own shot before the hip got really bad , and Joey was effective from almost any range early in the year, but as his legs went, so did his shot.

I don't begrudge Sam for leaving, as sitting out a year was probably for the best to fully rehab his hip, and Virginia is the perfect fit. Joey on the other hand....

It's all good I guess.... Brendan is starting to come into his own. That might not have happened if Joey was still here, so there's that.
