I have to admit, in 2011 I was given a #1 Dad hat, but I've slipped way down in the rankings and all I got this year was a card that said "nice try."

Is the Scoop Moderator gig a stepping stone, or are the kids taking over the family business?  We want to know the succession plan here at Scoop, and I suspect, so do they.  This is likely the cause of the friction, but I will check with Hermie first as he is all over the legacy recruits.

Also, why isn't anyone asking why Topper wasn't served a BnC in bed yesterday?  I got three droned into my bedroom myself.
