Digging the schedule.

I hope to make my Fiserv debut for the Providence game. Love that it's on a Sunday morning!

Root for the Warriors ... and then later for the Panthers in the playoffs!!

Would really love to go to the Nova game, but timing won't work for me I don't think.

Go Marquette!!

Actually six weeknight games starting 7:30pm or later -

UMBC 8pm
North Dakota 8pm
Butler 8pm

UTEP 7:30pm
Buffalo 7:30pm (Friday)
DePaul 7:30pm

That's a low amount.

I was waiting to see the schedule, now that it's out I feel good about an 18-0 prediction.

Well, it's 6 out of 9 weeknight games starting 7:30pm or later.  Maybe a low amount, but a high percentage.

With network doubleheaders, your going to be playing at 5:30/6 or 7:30/8. The days of the 7pm games are long gone. I'm glad FS1 in the last three has went with more 5:30/7:30 doubleheaders. Much better than all those 8pm games we had back in 2013.

Well, the other three weeknight games are 7pm, so I guess they are not "long gone."  We did not get the front end of any doubleheader (I guess).  Not necessarily complaining, more a response to the original post that claimed there were no 8pm weeknight games.  I do however think that the later start times leads to smaller crowds and less of a homecourt edge\atmosphere, especially in the non-conference.

7:30 is fine.  The killer is when we have those 8:00 starts that morph into 8:15.  Terrible drive home.

I know your not complaining.  8-)
As for MU' s three 7pm home games. One is a FS Wisconsin game. The two others fall on Dec. 28 and Feb. 5. Two nights the that are not doubleheader nights. So, for the most part 7pm games are rare for a better word!

I agree. The 8pm game are a little rough. That said, they end at 10pm ish. Same time a baseball game would end.

When you factor in my post win strategy of going to Potowatami on the way back to Chicago, I'm looking at arriving back home around 1-2am. Not acceptable at all...

Yeah, but we are driving all the way back to the Western burbs of Chicago. And I have a 5:30 alarm the next morning.
Have some patience, FFS.

No question that is rough for our Chicago group. Our Wisconsin fans, not so much.

I can pass the message on that Marquette really is glad it's Chicago fans come up to Milwaukee for the games.

Unfortunately, we've got 2 hours in the car.  After a loss I've asked myself 'why' more than once.   :(

We've got it down to a science.  Honestly, 7p is about perfect.  Chick doesn't have to sneak out crazy early and we get home about 11p.

Honestly, we've stayed a few times.  Usually in the Mitchell Field area.  We then get chick back to the Lake Cook train station early in the a.m. for her commute downtown.

Stay with your daughter and put Chick on the 6:15 Ammie into Union.

No question .......... for the games.

Only tagging you to ask if there is an ETA on the KState start time.  We're heading up and would like to make plane/hotel reservations earlier rather than later.

(also to note that we appreciate your media insights and rationale)

The Kansas State game is either at 1:30 or 4pm on FS1.

It's on hold with URI at Providence also listed at 1:30 or 4pm.

Thank you for the kind words!

Mr. Nielsen

FYI on two things people have been asking me.

-Exclusive private practice event at the Fiserv Forum – Thursday, October 25

-One complimentary ticket per season ticket purchased for any non-conference game (excluding Kansas State and Wisconsin)
