glanced over the 1st page and didn't see any mention of The Wire.

Whatcha all think about that show?  Looks pretty good to me.

Have you seen it before or are you looking for something to watch and came across it?

In my opinion, it may the best TV series ever made. If it’s not, it’s certainly in the team photo.

If you’ve never watched it before, season 1 starts a little slow. The real strength of the show over the whole series is character development, so it takes the first few episodes to establish who everyone is.

There’s also very little that happens in the show that’s inconsequential. It’s brilliantly written in that just about everything you see that happens (events, conversations) will eventually matter in some way.
