I just love all the denials 4 months ago when it was first rumored that Fiserv was the namer....so stupid.

Exactly. Take a look at NBA arena names. Talking Stick Resort Arena? Smoothie King Center? Vivint Smart Home Arena? Moda Center? Fiserv Forum doesn't sound so bad.

I'm looking less at other arenas and more at other local companies that could've been considered. The Foxhole would've been cool (even if FoxConn is crap). Rockwell Automation and The Rock (even if it was never going to happen). Johnson Controls and The Big Johnson. Harley, Silk, Manpower, all would've rolled off the tongue better.

Side note.  Fiserv had been shopping for office space downtown and in Brookfield, where their HQ is.  They also have a huge presence outside Atlanta.  This would seem to confirm they're keeping the HQ somewhere in the Milwaukee area.
