Friar Thoughts

5th grade basketball practice covers the entire game for me, so I will probably be watching it tomorrow morning.   Chatter amongst yourselves.

As crappy as the weather is, no one would have blamed you for staying in bed an extra day.

Pithy Title

1.   Great win/crappy loss
2.  (Player x) really stood out/drug us down
3.  (Generic Freshman)  showed progress/  has a way to go
4.  Officiating stunk
5.  Harry has made strides/not there yet
6.  Great/lousy shooting by Howard/Rowsey/Hauser
7.  Rebounding sucked/broke even/saved us.
8.   Cartwright's play/absence was key
9.  Theo is going to be a beast/too many dumb fouls
10.   Big East road wins are golden, take it and run/ hard to come by.   It's a tough league.
11.  Random juvenile argument with Sand-Knit.
12.  Wojo needs to recruit a PG for next year.

Wojo should run his huddles like Pat Ewing.  This is how a real coach does it.

Agree with 4.
Also Cooley always gets a lot out of his guys. Glad we came away with the road win.

My HS team has a game, but I hope to get to a bar in time to watch the second half of the noble Warriors' impressive triumph over the evil Friars.

So maybe I'll be able to provide witty insight of the last 20 mins.

Well ... as witty and insightful as I ever am, anyway.

Too late for this game.....

But for the home game.....

Somebody get a "big head" or the like of a giant BAT's face.....

Right behind the basket......

That would be pretty funny.....

And this...

Kyron Cartwright & Maliek White joined their teammates for pregame stretch under the direction of Kenny White. Rodney Bullock didn't. He sat next next to trainer John Rock before heading to the locker room. #Friars #PCBB
