Jeez, this is worse than comparing him to Bradley Beal and Victor Oladipo.

Sam Hauser is 6'8" and shot .439 from 3 in college. That's why he's in the NBA.

Kam Jones is 6'4" and shot .366. (It only goes up to .382 if you exclude the last year playing point.) Unless he becomes a knock-down shooter, his future in the NBA as a PG.

If he can't play point he won't be in the NBA long. He isn't athletic enough to be off the ball.

So you think he isn't athletic enough to play against '2' guards. But he is to play against the likes of Curry, Brunson, Harden, Trae Young, Lemelo, SGA, D'Aaron Fox, Luka, etc.?

He will be a combo guard who plays at both spots if, as I said, he shoots it well enough (36% - 40%). And the jury is still out on that.

You're the one who brought up Sam Hauser, who is a very different player. Don't get mad that I pointed out how bad that comparison was.
