The next day, the senior announced on Instagram that she is expecting her first child in December with Nebraska pitcher Trey Frahm. The pair married in August 2025.

Another restriction in many areas is access to a public beach, since often you are trespassing if you walk between two oceanfront properties to get to the beach In Virginia Beach, there are miles of oceanfront properties and some designated beach access points. The North end beach of VB is technically restricted to use by military personnel, but it was not enforced when I was there. Much nicer than the crowded, noisy main part of VB.

The small oceanfront town of Edisto in SC has a year-round population of about 5-6,000 but of course quite a bit higher "in season" and I remember that they had about 32 public access points along with some parking available. We stayed there a couple of years ago in mid-April and it was a great experience-uncrowded, very easy beach access, good restaurants, and very relaxing.

But this quote is pretty laughable:

"The idea that our kids are somehow more coddled is simply not true," Peterson said. "If we can find ways to open up space for students to experiment while also protecting their future employability, which means protecting the GPAs, I think it is a good idea."

It is aboslutely, 100% the case that college students (not "kids" Professor Peterson) are more coddled today than before - by their parents and their teachers. Some of that is absolutely fine, but a lot of it is pretty bad.
