At the Miami Open tennis tournament later this month, patrons can order the $100 Golden Glizzy, an Australian Wagyu hot dog topped with an entire tin of Golden Goat Caviar and a sprinkling of gold flakes.

Instead of a bun, the hot dog is wrapped in a crunchy, shell-like croissant. Instead of ketchup or mustard, bites are met with the creaminess of crème fraîche and mascarpone and topped with chives.

I'm not a tennis fan, but I'm gonna go to that tourney just to eat one of those hotdogs.

I gave the Big Arch a try.   Didn't like it.  It'd be better without the "crispy onions" .. and the beef patties .. too much.

It tries to be a premium burger but .. misses.

Not sure on the Kenpom and NET Rankings but Michele Obama's Brother former Oregon State Coach Chris Robison did say to Our Son tonight if Our Son needed an Assistant Coach he would be glad to help 👍👍
