The 5 point plan would have solved a myriad of problems.  I would probably annex the entire Middle East, except Israel, after seizing every drop of oil.  I'd consult a few people but ultimately I'd have a tremendous stash of NIL money for Marquette hoops, while simultaneously helping the animal kingdom as well as the human race.  This is an unusually kind and prudent plan.
