It took me about 5 years living in Chicago before I started spelling Buehrle's name right!

Two other names that were misspelled over the years: NBA ballers Micheal Ray Richardson and Micheal Williams. As was the case with Dwyane, it was the parent's or grandparent's fault the name's misspelled so often!

What, no Chris Otule and Chris O'tule in the list.    Is MUScoop only counted once in the survey?

Check out #1.

How long before Wojo makes the list?

According to the article, the printed and on-line media get Dwyane wrong 4.3% of the time.  I'll bet it's >25% on this board.

Could never spell Buehrle's name right and I'm a Sox fan.

Many of the names on the list appear to be those where it is understandable to assume that one knows how to spell it (e.g. Dwayne vs. Dwyane). Hardly anyone thinks they can spell Coach K's name correctly without looking it up first.
Have some patience, FFS.
