Matt Ryan 2015 Possibility?

I am wondering if Wojo maybe be looking at Matt Ryan for 2015. I have seen him play and he is the type of pure shooter we need. His stock rose dramatically and the blue bloods where looking at him, however he recently had surgery and many have put their interest on hold. There is some tape of him here in AAU competition. Could be an opportunity to for us.

Wojo has spent plenty of time watching Ryan.

The problem is that his surgery was significant and I had heard he's out for this spring/summer. Very unfortunate, but having double-hip surgery isn't something that is going to excite colleges.

I've watched him play in person - he was impressive last year in Vegas (w/New Heights 16's). Grew in size but the shot was still there. Big wing with great range, smart kid, competitor.

Would be interested in an update on the surgery(ies) and how he's doing if someone can find some info.

Here is another article that mentions Wojo and Ryan. I expect we will find out if he makes a full recovery by the end of September.  Most likely just starting PT now. The thing I like about him is that he has showed well in both AAU and a very competitive high school conference.
