Were not trying to regress as a program.  You think Stone is going to play for Wardle?
he likely wasn't going to okay for the BSer either, or he would have committed. You do not know though, do you?
I thought you were dead. Willie lives rent free in Reekers mind. Rick Pitino: "You can either complain or adapt."

What I'm saying is that we won't be landing any 4 or 5 star recruits with Wardle.  Don't even hold your breath on that.  I could care less if he was an MU alum or played the game. We need someone with a proven track record, a big name.  Say what you want, but MU is in a sever state of declining dramatically.  Now would not be the time to give an unproven guy the keys to running our program.

We don't need a big name. The most highly regarded head guy we've ever hired has been Dukiet. We've done very well with assistants. I just don't think Wardle is up to the task. Not to say he can't get there, but I just feel he'd be a bit over his skis.

"We need someone with a proven track record, a big name"...someone just like Buzz Williams was 6 years ago?

Let's face it, these coaches are so incredibly overpaid they think they are geniuses who sh!t ice cream. They have the loyalty of a pit viper and an ability for self-aggrandizement outdone only by the members of the legal "profession" (the second oldest). I liked Buzz and nought his act to an extent. Let's fill his spot with somebody who can take the program forward (even if he might be as slimy as our last two coaches or most of the profession).

They must be throwing stupid money at him.  Or Buzz realizes that the new Big East is garbage.  Or both.

I'm sure it's been said many times since but I'm trying to get caught up after a weekend away. Is this garbage BE that people keep talking about the same BE that kicked the crap out of Buzz's team this year? Pretty sure it is.
