I figure she'll be a grad transfer to a high major. Good for her, she's earned the opportunity and represented MU at the highest level on and off the court. I even got a nice handwritten note from her thanking me for my donation to the VB team a few years ago.

The Lady Huskers and their fans strike me as being a bit arrogant.  Hopefully they enjoy the tumbleweeds on their ride home.

Maybe, Muggs, but, I'm a big fan of the Huskers and Lady Huskers. My first college football game was in Lincoln when I lived in Omaha as a kid. I was hooked. Now, there certainly ain't much on that drive across the state!

I've been extremely impressed with these young women absolutely throttling spikes.  It's a fun sport and these girls are very talented.  Hopefully the lady Warriors amp up their recruiting.

My brother and I were saying the same thing, which prompted me to google spike speed. Sounds like high level, women hitters reach upwards of 50mph. High level women's volleyball is so exciting.

I was at last year's final four and seeing the elite teams in person is a true spectacle. Hotel and ticket prices for KC just dropped significantly for anyone who wants to check out the Final Four.

As for MU, the problem we have is the talent is concentrated among the top programs and they transfer to one another. The top programs also have big NIL for volleyball. Nebraska's volleyball only collective has over $5 million to distribute, and Louisville players are all getting $110k in NIL from their collective. Programs like UK, Pitt, Texas, Bucky, etc are getting rev share too. From I feel like Sweet 16 is the ceiling for programs like MU, the gap is just that large.
