I think he turned on Crean due to that "worst NCAA tournament performance by a team with two top four picks in the NBA Draft that immediately followed it" thing.

Though he played at tOSU, he's from Indiana and was a Hoosier fan growing up.  I get the sense he feels like IU has hit its ceiling with TC.  To be fair he also hates Frank Haith.

4ever's right, you don't have to be a genius to detest Crean or love Buzz. A normal intellect and a shred of objectivity will get you there.
