Stud of the game = LloydMooresLegs. Never lost the faith - a true warrior!!

+100, true warrior indeed.

Goal is National Championship
CBP profile my people who landed here over 100 yrs before Mayflower. Most I've had to deal with are ignorant & low IQ.
Can't believe we're living in the land of F 452/1984/Animal Farm/Brave New World/Handmaid's Tale. When travel to Mars begins, expect Starship Troopers

muwarrior97

VANDER showed up at the end....SOTG!!!!!
#RGV #ReturnTheWarriorMindset

only a warrior

chicos you are right - we have not been playing well.  Great to get the win but gotta crank it up against Butsy

mr.MUskie

Think I'll go back and watch the last couple minutes.  I had too much blood rushing to my head the first time to really see it.

Otule's Glass Eye

I cannot friction believe we pulled that out! All those clutch threes and then Vander OMG.

Survive and advance

But wow did we play like crap....our last 4 games have not been very good but we won three of them.

Let's keep playing like crap....its the only way we know how to win.

I just did.  Those three 3's were all with guys in their face.  Just unreal.

Vander's left hand shot was just beautiful.  Just fired himself past the defender like the guy had nails in his feet.

Is this a dream? We are finally in the winning end of one of these crazy games in the NCAA tournament.  ;D

I NEED to hear Homer's call on that and I need to hear it now!!!

This GD team never ceases to amaze me. They will, however, put me in an early grave!

muwarrior97

Time for some payback on Rotnei and his Bulldog buddies, let's go Warrior Eagles!!!
#RGV #ReturnTheWarriorMindset

Niv Berkowitz

That win was payback for:

- Lazar stepping over the in-bounds line
- Lopez' behind-the-back-sky-hook
- Novak's uber-rare missed open three look

Just looked at stats, but MU outrebounded them 38-23.  That was only the nice stat.

Thanks, but can I echo the glass state of emotions and pounding heart?

HOLY CR@P!

And I admit that in a separate text to a buddy at the one minute mark, I did ask St. Francis to pray for us.  Just saying.

LOL.  You might be right.  Those Davidson kids have to be beside themselves

RT‏@billvoth I've been in lots of losing locker rooms. Have never seen glassy eyes like I saw in #Davidson locker room. Not crying...just stunned.

mr.MUskie

Vander Blue's go-ahead layup with one second remaining Thursday against Davidson was the first game-tying or go-ahead shot made in the final 10 seconds of a game in the last two Men's Basketball Championships. Prior to Blue's shot, players were 0 for their last 22 in those situations (including Matthew Dellavedova's missed 3-pt FG Thursday), dating back to the 2011 Men's Basketball Championship.

+1000000000. I didn't follow the game thread during the game, but that string of posts makes me wish I could buy that man a beer.
