Yeah, the bat was fun in that it was unique, but it was hardly good luck. We were ready to put Providence away until the bat showed up and our momentum was kaput.

Buzzy.
S/he buzzed the crowd, the players, the benches and created a buzz for MU in the media.  The link to our coaches nickname can't hurt the brand either.   
BTW Buzzy did not kill the rally, but provided a needed break in the action for the team to rest and plan for decisive final minutes.  We won the game--that's the key.
Next home game: Bat Towel Night (but only for waving not throwing).
