Their customer service is great.....we ordered something, it was smashed up, I got pissed, and the manager threatened to call the cops.  Really cool.

Warriors have better taste and shop at more upscale merchants.

Seriously, I'd ask for his superior and if still no satisfaction, put your credit card payment in dispute. If all else fails, take it to the streets and punch the MF'ers lights out.

I go to Flanners for almost everything. Only think lately I did not get there was my plasma as they do not carry Panasonic so I went to Circuit City.
But I like to throw handfuls...

Skip the asking for the manager BS and just call your credit card company and put a stop of the payment. Let them deal with it. It's not worth the aggravation.
