He was actually pretty good last night. Racked up zeros across the stat-sheet, but his hands and body were everywhere and gave the Louisville offense a hard time. Also came real close to making a tough reverse!

I liked his pressure on the inbounds.  His quick jumping ability and long arms can really bother people.

Was anyone else concerned when he fell to the floor in the 2nd half, stayed there a while and when he got up was favoring his shoulder?  Wondered if it was a reoccurence of the earlier injury.

I can't remember which coach said it, but something about he looks like a chicken with his head cut off when he is in there.  I'm not sure why, but he just doesn't look comfortable doing anything. He's playing a 4 when he is in, and I know he'd rather be a 3, but it is still a long way off.  Next year I kind of see him as a Swoopshire, some valuable minutes here and there, but overall not a top 6 rotational type of player.  I hope he proves me wrong, but it's hard watching his slow adjustment to this level of play. He is someone I get nervous about leaving being on the West coast and all, but he seems very positive and engaged on the bench.

Yeah, that fall just looked weird.  For a second I thought he was done.  Glad to see I was wrong.  I think he has a bright future at MU. I like all our current players in the future.

You need to remember all the time he missed with the injuries.  Those killed his acclimation and development.  Also hurt him in the weight room.  On top of that, the suspension for the Brewer tickets also hurt him get some game time.

That said, he is quick, athletic, a good leaper and has nice range on his shot.  I think you are underselling him.  Give him the off season in the weight room and his body will develop.  That is what he needs most, right now.

This was totally true throughout the season. Had a nice night last night though for the short amount of time that he was in. Looking forward to seeing him improve.

Buzz has talked about how hard Juan plays when he gets in there and said something to the effect of...I really look forward to him getting minutes when he actually figures out which end is offense and which end is defense.

Anderson has a live body and is one of those jumping jack types. I'm looking forward to watching his career.

For me, it's the defensive position. He always has his arms pulled back wide as far as possible. Looks like a bird about to swoop or something. But I love his energy.

He does that in part due to his wing span and quick hands.  He can get many, ahem, deflections that way.

Well, he does play in a state that serves cheese balls, frozen custard, beer, butter burgers, Sobelman's, and Fish Fry Fridays. Give him this summer.

He does resemble a chicken with his head cut off because of his energy and herky-jerky motion. I think a lot of that has to do with his growth spurts in HS, getting used to his body's length, and putting on muscle.

He's going to be a good one. Book it.
