I know he has some points but where is he??? He has clearly lost favor with Buzz

Clam Crowder

Maybe he would pass unlike Todd...May have a DJO replacement on our roster in terms of stupid drives.

jtsanto

I am really worried he is going to transfer after the season. I really think he can hep us a lot, but just needs to grow up a bt.

nyg

Blue and Mayo on bench at end.  D Wilson, Juan and even J. Jones playing.

Vander probably sat out the last 15 minutes of that half.  Strange.

How do you think that losing one of the highest recruits in recent years "stupid". Now while I don't rank it up their with the problems of this country, with regards to this program losing him would be a blow!

jtsanto

He looked pissed on that dunk!!! In a good way for us

Agreed, it would be a HUGE hit to this team for next year.

It wouldn't concern me if anyone on the roster bolted. Someone else enters.

I wondered where he was in the 1st half especially with all the foul trouble and unusual line-ups.  He's in there in crunch time so buzz still has some condifence in him.

Huge finish for Vander at the line!

Can you imagine this board if he would have missed?  He was clutch.

What ever would have happen, would have happen if it were any of MUs players. Type in any player in the search and you will find dozens of threads dogging that player.

But especially you dogging Blue.

for all those people predicting the early demise of Vander and how Mayo should be starting...please go back and watch the last two games.

No knock on Todd becuase i think he is going to be really good.  But Vander has been infinitely better the last two games and talk about brass balls with those last 4 ft's.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great game Vander!!!!!!!!!!

Um, if the Mayans are right and the world ends in 2012, I would still call people stupid for worrying about it.
Worrying about things that are very unlikely and completely out of your control is indeed stupid.

you're just making things up when you start to worry about Blue leaving. Do you worry about all the injuries that could occur to any player on the team before they even take the court too? You have to be the most stressed out person on the planet if you're stressing about possibilities that haven't show any likeliness of occuring.

I'm not a Vander hater. But I do have to admit that I was a little worried both times he went to the line. He swished all 4, nothing but net, and I'm really happy for him because I'm sure this hasn't been the season he had envisioned.

Maybe this will be just the confidence builder he needs. He really played pretty darn well in his entire 16 minute stint, and hitting the clinching FTs was incredibly clutch.
