Big North London Darby win for Arsenal. Especially since they were playing at Spurs without arguably their two best players.

Really hope that City Arsenal can develop more into what Arsenal United was in the mid 2000's rather than what City Liverpool was the last few years.  Sunday was so much more entertaining than their usual 0-0 draws.

Unlikely, because nothing about City is real or authentic, everything is manufactured.

Lol, found a Gooner.

Nope. Have always had respect for them, but can't stand Arteta.

Good for Gregg.  He can still hang out with his benefactors and protectors at USSF HQ

Where does Ten Hag land?

Back to Holland, IMO.  I could see Bosz getting a bigger gig if PSV win the league for a second year in a row.  Then Ten Hag could slot in there.  Otherwise I think Sparta Rotterdam probably makes a change unless they turn the season around.

I don't think he'll get another EPL gig and I don't know if one of the better Bundesliga jobs will want him.

That is an unexpectedly nice start.

Same thing tonight.  Nice goal from Pulisic

I'm going to my first Euro Club soccer game on Saturday.  My work colleague is taking me to a BVB Dortmund game.  Apparently my company has season tickets and they weren't being used this weekend.

Wow, thats a heck of a way to start.  One of the legendary home atmosphere's in European football.  The huge banners and tifos they have are amazing.  Like going to a night game at LSU or Tenneesee as your first CFB game.

It was abgreat experience.  My company's tickets are VIP so it includes club access with table reservations and unlimited food and beer and other drinks and separate entrance to seats.  You get to know your neighbors because you are squeezed into your seat and no elbow room.  The Ultra fans wave the flags and bounce and chant all game.
I found interesting that the visiting team has their own fenced in section in the corner.  Someone set off a green and white smoke bomb in the teams colors.  I was told their section gets police escorted out for obvious safety reasons.
My colleague brought 2 of his friends who normally have Row 1 seats (but no VIP).  One of the guys told me he's such a fan he paid to have the bee mascot appear at his wedding.

They absolutely do not play when it comes to that in Europe.  Its not a "visiting section" like the group of seats behind the bench at Fiserv or an NBA game.

Ive told the story before I think, but I went to a Liverpool match away at Crystal Palace when I was in London with my wife a few years ago.  Tickets for the Away supporters section are limited so quite pricey in the secondary market.  On the advice of a friend in London, we joined the Palace fan club for a few bucks and it allowed us to access the rest of the stadium seating for pretty cheap.  I showed up in a Liverpool scarf under my coat, not much else.  Nothing of note as we settled in.  Guys in front of us razzed me pretty good when Palace scored early.  Liverpool had a goal called off for offside near the end of the first half and I jumped up and sort of put my hands on my head.  Cue an usher side-eyeing me pretty hard.

Come halftime, another usher approaches me and said I really shouldn't be in that section, "these are proper Palace ultras here" (amusing cause it was a chill environment with fans from ages 3 to 70s).  Guys directly behind us were also Liverpool fans who worked at Heathrow and their coworker gives them the 2 seats for LFC home every year.  One rolled down his beanie to show the LFC logo covered up and the other sneakily unzipped a hoodie to show his red kit.  Liverpool scored twice in the second to pull out a win and both goals involved the guys silently squeezing/patting my shoulders and me fist pumping slightly at my sides.  After the match 4-5 people gave me good match handshakes and that was that heading out.

The fact that they take that level of precaution at a more laid back ground with a non-rivalry match shows just how out of control things have been to necessitate it.  I'm sure it was probably because Palace is close to those insane Millwall supporters  :o

Exactly how it was explained to me.  I was told "we are playing Bremen, they are a rival but like Switzerland so no one is going to get to upset."
I was told I would see rival fans in VIP because many are corporate seats and they are given to someone.

A truly disgusting story.

Someone outwardly admitting to be a Liverpool supporter.

Gross.
