I was watching the youtube of the last Buzz show and the clip where they were all celebrating, shows Buzz with a sleavless under shirt and a tat on his right shoulder. Does anybdy know what it is? Could'nt make it out.

Much better view of it in this video.  Locker room starts at 5:45.  The entire segment from there to 9:45 is awesome.  He almost breaks down when talking about the moment with his family.  Then he caps it off with an epic quote:
