I really don't see Buzz's body of work being compelling enough for Oklahoma to pick up Buzz they took a chance on Capel out of VCU after they upset Duke I believe and that team's performance as a whole during his short tenure. The guy is young as is Buzz (especially in coaching tenure) and I would think OK is going for someone a little more experienced because they don't wanna get screwed with a "prospect coach" which I still think Buzz has proven to be.

In many respects, I think Pakuni is right.  We can argue ad nauseum about what was left in the cupboard, whether we needed to take as many JUCOs, etc, etc.

A fan from afar is going to see his record dropping each of the three years, only one NCAA tournament win, declining finishes in the conference and they're going to question if we're heading the wrong direction.  It's how fans operate.  So I think many fans will have that point of view.  Whether Oklahoma does, who knows.

Regardless, the team that beat Duke was coached by Grant, but they were Capel's players.

Just watched Brad Galli's interview with Buzz in the big apple.   Anything is possible, but I just don't see that guy in the interview leaving.    Probably naivete on my part.
