So, what did the Scoop B Day boys want for their birthday?

Really, I'm just happy it's still a thriving community.  The folks that are registered and post here, create ALL the content for MUScoop.  If there were no posts, nobody would come.  So thank you!

In the first few months, the mods did have to generate a lot of discussion.  After that, you all took over.  We never really knew what to expect when the site was launched 7 years ago.  Of course, it was quite the coup to get mu_hilltopper and SoCalwarrior from the old board. Couldn't have done it without their help.

As 'topper alludes, some days it seems like way more than 7 years, but generally the time flew, and we do it because, well, we love MU hoops too, and without this community we'd be lost most of the year as well.

Thanks all, and esp. Sir Larry for the reminder.  I even forgot

Thanks, buddy. I was hoping to see my name in lights. But not seeing it is why I love this site. Rivals was nuts. Rocky and Spiral wanted a more user generated site. The mods are here to remove the BS and stay in the back ground. I think that has been accomplished. Some will disagree, but I assure you we've lost our sense of self and only act as unbiased jurors.

This is a good time to commend the mods for the work that they do. You somehow manage to keep all of us mostly in line, contribute, but remain relatively unbiased throughout the whole thing. Kudos and thanks.
