Can someone explain manager games to me? Do they play matchups at a certain point or is this strictly a Twitter poll?

I believe they play the managers of Marquette's opponent should they have a manager team.

If I remember correctly the Marquette managers were undefeated this year.

It's essentially a tie with 39 minutes to go.

Winner of this gets to go to Arizona.

I watched the MU managers play a few games leading up to the final four games in Minneapolis several years back
