25 minutes, so buckle up.   He misses some things.   Numbers that the players wear.    Not impressed with either Oso or Stevie.

If NC State plays as well as this guy scouts, MU should have a field day on Friday night.

“Force Kolek to go right”. Often noted and rarely executed.

This is so poorly delivered I couldn’t make it past a minute of the report.  I’m sorry, but monotone is not an attention holder.

Oh, come on. Remember how Shaq's career evaporated when the NBA teams told their centers not to let Shaq get established in the low block? Same thing TK going left.

Seems like he primarily watched the Colorado game based on his comments regarding Oso and Stevie.

He might be in for a rude awakening when he said “DJ Burns won’t have to work as much on defense.” Also, his comment about Stevie providing a “little bit” of pressure.

Overall though, decent takes on a foreign opponent. I think we’re more potent than he’s giving us credit for.

Sick use of comic sans. I predict DJ Burns is going to be destroyed by this Marquette offense.

It’s always funny when people act like stuff like this is so simple when facing star players and 20+ coaches a year are just not doing it.

There’s not really any forcing TK right. Sure you can try to stop the left. But even then he’s still good enough to get looks.

Otherwise he becomes a passer or looks for more open 3s off ball movement.

Nova a perfect example. He ate in the paint 1st half when things clicked. Then in second half they switched D. He nailed 4 triples mixed around an assist for another 3.

Great players don’t let you force them to do anything.

It helps that the offense does a good job of setting him up to get the ball on the move. It makes it difficult to keep up with and then force someone right at the same time.

Thanks for the link....very interesting.

Fan bases of successful programs (i.e. teams that are in the S-16) overestimate their side and underestimate (or "mis-estimate") the other side.
Keep that in mind - not saying we're too confident. We'll beat NCST and the spread :)

So things that stood out:
* "no disruptor at guard"  - he missed the boat. They're all disruptors (He did note we get steals).
* Help off of Stevie?  Hmmmm bad advice.
* I'm also concerned about our foul trouble...not that we're always in it...but that's one way I see us possibly losing the game....lots of minutes on the Bench for our starters.
* He talks a lot about DJ Burns...like eggs in one basket.

I thought he made some good points.
I think, he thinks, NCST is going to win. So his biggest mistake!  ;)

Can’t wait to watch this guy Brown we have play.  He sounds amazing.  Not sure how I’ve missed him all year.

Cam Jolp-Brown.  He missed out on critiquing Tre's missed free throws in the Colorado game.

Analysis which is not MECE. The correct game plan for NC State is to score more points than Marquette on average over the course of the game. Duh.

Hey.  It is big meanie energy to criticize someone criticizing MU in any way they see fit.

I'll give him an E for effort (can't double check player numbers on your graphic) and C for execution. Someone needs to get him a kenpom, or at least T-Rank, account.
