Very different from Rico.  You honestly believe every "rich person" is evil and should be removed from the planet?

tower912

Do you believe every person in the middle East needs to be punished?

Also, Rico is doing satire and trolling you.  Sadly, you are not.

No.  Nor did I state that.

Quote from: MuggsyB on August 17, 2026, 06:42:40 PMThis is conpletely absurd.

It isn't.  Look where rich people have lead America.  Right to the toilet bowl of history.  Cozying up to dictators, destroying the environment, selling America to the highest bidder, never responsible for anything and always bailed out by rich cronies while the average person is an afterthought, especially when they're defending the country and left to rot on an ocean for months.

So, no, I'm not surprised Steve Ballmer got away with it.

So how do you define "rich people"?  Billionaires?   And do you really think all of them total scumbags?  This is completely irrational.

No, it isn't.  They shouldn't exist and should be sent to the dustbin of history.  They are the greatest threat to mankind and America.

Setting aside arguments about whether billionaires are by nature bad people - though an inordinate number of them sure seem to be - their outsized influence on our society is bad.
In 2024, billionaires accounted for 19% of all campaign donations to federal candidates. In 2010, that figure was 0.3%.
There's no helping people who don't see this as a problem.

We need to eliminate them with extreme prejudice.

They're the greatest threat to America and the world.

Okay, so your solution is to hire me and introduce them to darkness?  Fine. What's the cut-off?  Net worth of 1 bill?  800 mill?  500 mill?  Once I/We dispose of them, eliminate all of their businesses, and take care of all the trust fund scions, then what?  How do we redistribute the wealth?  What happens to the people who work for those companies?  Will we have professional sports leagues anymore?  Should all this coin go to MU Nil?  Who determines which billionaires should still be with us based on their character?  Are there assbag rankings among these people?  Republicans bad, Dems good?

If they donate to Planned Parenthood, I'd consider letting them continue to be a part of society.

I agree. Nobody seems to be able to define a rich person.

Is a rich person a multi-millionaire who inherited and a runs a family farm in Iowa that has been in a family for generations?

Is a rich person someone who innovates, builds its business and hits it big? He or she hires thousands and invests back in their business?

Is a rich person someone who worked hard all their lives, lived frugally, took advantage of the opportunities before them, gave back to their communities and amassed a very nice retirement nest egg?

Is a rich person someone who inherited large sums of money, sat on their butts most of their lives and live off an inheritance?

If you go after one, you end up after all of them.

Nobody who runs a farm is rich in America anymore.  At least until the administration bails them out.

Same with banks and auto makers. All dirt poor without bailouts.

A rich person is one who has his or her health and is surrounded by loved ones.
