anyone else catch that big middlefinger from ESPN at the very end of the game on ESPNU?

back to back clips:

-Shot of Tyshawn Taylor (5.1 ast)  ready to lead Kansas to a W vs. TTU

followed by...

-Taking us to the final 10 seconds of the ISU - Mizzou game, as Christopherson nails a half-court 3 at the buzzer to take the lead by 2 going into halftime -- cut to stats: 13 pts, 4 reb

ISU is having a nice start to the BIGXII season apparently... especially if they close this one out

Serves us right... Especially after many of us just gave ESPN the middle finger by watching a pirated stream of the game.

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

+1  however, if the revolution my generation is tasked with happens to be the toppling of the Evil Sports Programming Network, then I am up to the task, and will continue to pirate my heart out

Right, because ESPN is clearly out to get Marquette.  It really sucks being on national TV 20 times a year.

Great, a player who de-committed and has had a decent career at Kansas, and one that transferred and made a jumpshot.

The "one who made a jumpshot" has actually had a better career at Iowa State than the one who "had a decent career at Kansas."  Tyshawn is having a better SEASON than Scott is, but not a better career.

Scott was Honorable Mention All Big 12 last year while Tyshawn Taylor was not on any of the All Big 12 teams.

On College Basketball Late Nite (or whatever ESPN calls it), they showed a couple highlights of the win and then Adrian Branch gave credit where credit was due, saying DJO and Mayo led us to victory.

Easy to understand, as little and unnoticeable as Gardner is.

Yeah, that's it....it's a total FU to Marquette.  I am sure the assistant to the assistant director at ESPN who put together these clips, an obvious Marquette hater, has followed the team and its recruiting so closely that he laid in wait for this golden opportunity to dis them...
Have some patience, FFS.

In my humble opinion, LaPhonso Ellis was just a knucklehead last night.  Especially, on Al's night, when Buzz's jacket was worn to honor Al.  Ellis made the comment that Buzz's jacket, was in the spirit of Digger....then he caught himself and also mentioned Al, and one other coach.

Why ESPN has him on?........  To me, that was the FU moment from ESPN and Mr. Ellis.

Maybe, he was trying to gig us (in exchange for all the times we whooped on him when he was a player at ND).

More likely....just another example of your typical, clueless ND alum.   ;)

He also called him "Victor Cadougan" once.

I'm willing to guess that no one at ESPN is even aware Taylor commited to us and Christopherson transfered from MU.

Looks like MU beat him once in 4 years. I wish I could say otherwise.

Ahhh, did ya have to pee in my Wheaties?  Why let facts get in the way of us having fun.  All I remember is that we beat them 4 years in a row when I was at MU!!!!!
