If we can get to FSD on all cars we can completely redesign our infrastructure.  There would be no need for traffic lights or stop signs, etc.  That savings in traffic, insurance, and time would be absolutely incredible.

But I think that the last 10% that these guys are referring to is absolutely the hardest part.  If the makers of the systems were required to work together and not have to design around non FSD cars they'd probably have the problem solved already.

Getting all the decision-makers, politicians and bureaucrats to even agree on whether the earth is round is difficult enough these days. Hard to envision what it would look like for them to be able to agree on such significant infrastructure needs. But maybe necessity will make it happen one day.

Just as OKC wasn't quite ready to "shock the world," I'm feeling that it isn't quite the Timberwolves' turn yet.

As a fan, I'd be fine with either Minnesota or Denver. I really like watching both teams play. I just think Jokic, Murray and the Nuggets will do what's necessary to win tonight.

Now that our son has become a suburbanite, it's very inconvenient to fly into MDW. Either he'd have a long drive to pick us up, or we'd have to take a patchwork of trains to get to him, so it's almost always ORD for us since his move.

But I do miss MDW, and also miss being able to have Southwest as an option.

They're both great young players. They have completely different games, so I won't compare them. I'd take them both on my team.

Yes.  I really hope Minny shocks the world tonight and Edwards goes off.

The relevant historical comparison isn’t Scheffler vs “Police”.

Scheffler’s vs this particular officer’s? OK.

You are correct.

This officer who broke police rules accusing Scheffler of breaking rules. Show evidence (beyond the word of this cop) or drop charges. The cop was wearing a camera. Show evidence.

Wasn’t he initiating the offense pretty much every time down?

A couple of times he did not and it cost them.  Know the pecking order.

Almost impossibly, the course looks even easier today. Might take -22 or lower to win.

Sorry you don’t have my experience.

Or understand how to quote correctly.

It's okay to be nice sometimes, pal.  Pretty unnecessary.

I’m with you on EV and while I don’t have one, I’ll strongly consider the next time I’m in-market, probably next year.

Honestly, I’m not there yet (and may never be) on self-driving.  I don’t think I could relax enough to let the car do its thing and get the benefit of the tech, but realize that may be my own hang up.

Agree with you on LaGuardia, but disagree on O'Hare, especially if you are actually departing from that airport and not just switching planes there.  Back when I lived in the Chicagoland area, I was 15 miles closer to O'Hare, but usually flew out of Midway because of the hassle factor.  From my driveway to the gate, it was much quicker to go to Midway.  One time I had a flight out of O'Hare that left around six in the morning.  I stayed the night before at the Hilton that is on property.  I walked over to the airport the next morning and TSA was slammed - at 4:45 a.m.

In my working days, I was shocked by the number of co-workers who refused to fly out of Midway because they hadn't flew out for there since the '80's and assumed nothing had changed.

Also my experience.  Connections at ORD are awful.
