Hard pass.

guess i'm saving quite a bit of money this year on beverages.  that will help offset the big increase from upgrading my seats.

Agreed

You know it's a discussion of a Marquette basketball arena when...

the focus turns to beer.

Wow, I'm very concerned for Benny.  Being able to mimic Myron Medcalf's writing so closely implies an oncoming case of dementia.

How on earth did the Chaluparena forget to include an Arby's?

A Beef n Cheddar in your hand makes you forget you're watching a .500 Bucks team.

Well, right, but $18 for two is the better economic choice.

I mean, do the math.

How is the Arby's BWW merger going?  Any BnC Wing introductions? Horsey dipping sauce cross-overs?  Plenty of synergy opportunities between the two.

The beef wings will definitely be a full meal.

For what it's worth, an article on reduced confession pricing for sporting events:

https://www.cnbc.com/2018/09/07/athletic-stadiums-try-to-boost-attendance-by-cheaper-concession-prices.html

I'd like to see some reductions, maybe 1/2 hour before the game and after the game.  if they want to make it a place to hang out and spend more time, that would be a way to do it.  However, if they keep the regular pricing that is good for the other restaurants and bars for pre and post game, so that is probably better for Milwaukee.

Oops.  But after drinking and eating at the FF, confession is probably in order.

Looking for 2 tickets to the Buffalo game on the 21st, VividSeats has section 222 row 6 for $43 each. Is this a good spot to watch a game from? Fair price? Also if anyone is looking to sell their tickets for this game I'd be interested

Won't be a bad spot but I'd hold off at that price.

unless i'm wrong - single game tickets go on sale October 6th edit: 16th.  Don't go aftermarket until you try getting in the queue for the single game tix

$43 each is not a fair price. You can get a lower bowl seat at that cost.

You would be better off getting your seats you want for the Buffalo game when single game tickets go on sale.

What about mini plans? Those are usually before single game yet I've not seen any mention of mini plans yet.

On a somewhat related note, Gene Mueller from WTMJ said FF is going to insist all tickets need to be presented on your hand held device to help prevent counterfeit tickets. Is this true for Marquette games, or just the Bucks?

Still selling season-tickets. Early October for the mini-plans.

You will get the ticket book this year and then Marquette will transition to mobile next season (2019-20) with potentially the opportunity purchase commemorative tickets.
