New recruit for '09?

Has anyone been following 5 star SG Michael Snaer?  Looks like he's going to make a decision soon, and I have heard that Marquette is right in the thick of it, if not the front runner 

Anyone else hear anything similar?

Something is brewing - but don't know what.  We are out of scholies, so I imagine if we get Snaer (would be awesome), then maybe someone is transferring?

Almost everyone out here in So. Cal believes Snaer is going anywhere but UCLA.  Some rumors that he has some "handlers" that want him to get certain types of minute guarantees, etc....Howland doesn't put up with that stuff.  That's the rumor from UCLA fans anyway.

many out here are thinking Missouri is the destination, but don't count out USC or a few others.

He's playing in the Double Pump tournament as well as Junior.  I'm going to Junior's game tomorrow morning for a little while if I can.

An article posted on Scout today talked about the first day of the tournament in LA...and apparently rumors were going around that Snaer had committed to Mizzou. He denied it, and asked the writer to clear it up for everybody that he hasn't committed anywhere yet. They may be the leaders, they have been on him for a long time.
