silly post topic.  Anybody consult Crean's dog on how he felt about the move?

mosarsour

When I was a student at MU, I had a couple friends that attended IU and Bloomington isn't that bad, people....granted I was only there for a few days to visit them and take in the Wu Tang Clan and Rage Against The Machine concert in Indianapolis. But I personally thought Bloomington was a really nice place, gorgeous campus, and really nice shops around the university. I'm sure Tom and his family will adjust to life in Indiana just fine...I mean, for Christ's sake....It's Indiana!  Now, let's please move on people.

I almost choked on my lunch when I read that!

And yes I've been refraining from posting any pictures due to possible retaliation.

Bloomington, IN is fine, but I'd take Cedarburg WI over it and Zionsville, IN (where I live) any day of the week.  Is there ANY body of water in central IN that isn't man-made?

And where the hell is Joani going to get her Kopp's fix now???????

Steak N Shake   :'(   or Yogi's  or Cheeseburger in Paradise

IIRC, Crean's dog was sacrificed by an angry neighbor after the loss to Western Michigan in the 1st round of the 2005 NIT.

Or, am I thinking of Dan Devine's dog?
The shaka sign, sometimes known as "hang loose", is a gesture of friendly intent often associated with Hawaii and surf culture.

your three options for fun:
1: go out to a cornfield and get drunk
2: go to IU and get hit on by college kids
3: go out to the quarry and watch kids risk their lives jumping from the rooftop

Great place to go to college, not so much for high school.

What a moronic post this is.  Bloomington has 70,000 people...plenty big enough for high school kids to find stuff to do.  Hell, I live in a town a fifth the size and my high school boys find plenty to do without needing to get drunk in a cornfield.

You heard it here first. Davante Gardner will be a Beast this year.

Cow tipping is a myth.  An associated myth is that cows sleep standing up.   :o

I myself would much rather live in Mequon......
All this talk of rights.  So little talk of responsibilities.

While I'm thrilled he's gone, the women in the Crean household, i.e. wife and daughter, were PO'd, I have it on good authority, to move to Bloomington.
And fwiw, Jack and Da Mrs. are likely to move to Baltimore where their son coaches the Ravens.

If you are thrilled he is gone why do you post about him or his family? Who gives a rats ass.

Just to keep the board informed, digging in his stuff, and generally ripping him a new one.
If you've read my postings over the years, then you would know my dislike for the departed is without compromise.

Get a life.  Why don't you actually contribute to the board once in awhile instead of constantly making snide remarks?  You're infatuation is that of a lover who got dumped.  I wasn't the biggest fan of Crean's persona, but anybody who can't see he was the second best coach in the history of MU is just plain ignorant.
